The Silverado Trail Wine Studio is a fully equipped, state of the art winery dedicated to meeting the exacting requirements of high-end winemakers.

Flexible options include crush to bottle, and "crush and go."

Grape Sourcing

STWS can assist you with fruit sourcing from the vineyard portfolio of its parent company, Premier Pacific Vineyards:


  • Bordeaux varietals from Napa Valley and Alexander Valley
  • Burgundian varietals from the Sonoma Coast, Russian River Valley, Anderson Valley, Sta. Rita Hills and Willamette Valley, OR

Crushing / Fermenting

The crush pad features a post-destemming 16-foot sorting table and Puelo Drain Press and a Vega 15 Crusher/Destemmer.

  • Barrel, tank and bin fermentation capabilities
  • Irrigator or hand pumpovers
  • Pressurized nitrogen wine transfer

 

 

Winemaking and Storage

  • Fully jacketed tanks ranging from 1.5 tons to 22 tons and T-bins

Bottling

  • State of the art bottling line rated for approximately 50 750ml bottles per minute.
  • Fill, vacuum cork, capsule and three head pressure sensitive labeler.
